1 What exactly is La Reina?
La Reina is an online rental service for high-end, designer wedding gowns and accessories. Featuring famous designers, such as Elie Saab, Hany Elbehairy, Maison Yeya, and many more. We also help past brides rent out their wedding gowns and bridal accessories online.
2 How does La Reina work?
Choose from a variety of designer wedding dresses and accessories. Specify your delivery date and size, then filter by length, designer, color, and more. You can arrange an in home try-on of up to 3 items, or rent for 3 or 6 days. Items will be delivered via our representatives to your home, office, or hotel by 2pm on your delivery date or you can pick it up from any of our fitting rooms all over Cairo. When returning your item, place them back into the same shipping box and drop them off at any of our fitting rooms or schedule a pick-up by 12pm on your rental return date. There are no return fees and dry cleaning is on us!
Additionally, we offer alteration services prior to your gown being delivered to you. Simply contact us with your measurements and order number.
3 Can I visit La Reina?
Yes, in Mohandseen, New Cairo, and Heliopolis. We offer location points for pick-up and fitting trials. Fittings are made by appointment only, we do not accept on-the-spot fittings at this time. If you’re looking to try on wedding dresses, please select our 'try-on' option for your item of preference in advance.
4 What if I stain or damage the gown?
We understand that some wear and tear may be inevitable. You'll be covered by our insurance policy for minor stains and damage, but significant damage, loss, or theft are not covered.
5 How are the dresses cleaned?
We work with 5asec to make sure the dresses are in pristine condition. Their team uses a variety of techniques to ensure that each style is dry-cleaned thoroughly, steamed and pressed, inspected for quality, and packaged with care so that it’s ready for you to wear. You can check out 5asec here:
6 Will the dresses need to be pressed upon arrival?
We do our best to ensure your dresses arrive wrinkle-free. Each dress is steamed and pressed before being placed in a garment bag. If you receive a dress with slight creases, please contact a stylist for advice.
7 Does La Reina sell wedding gowns?
Depending on the owner of the gown or accessories, some items may be for sale.
8 What if the dress doesn’t fit when I get it?
You may return the product to us within 24 hours of delivery by contacting us via email or phone. Return the product in conformance with the return procedures mentioned in the rental agreement and we will then refund you the full rental fee (excluding delivery charges and any damages). Returns are at our discretion, and we reserve the right to not offer refunds if we believe the items have been worn. However, we always recommend ordering a try-on of your desired wedding dress and accessory before committing to a 3 or 6-day rental.
9 Are alterations allowed?
Yes, our items can be altered so long as you send us your requested alterations in writing and they are approved. We offer alteration services prior to your gown being sent to you for your rental period, simply contact us with your measurements and order number. Alterations cannot be permanent and should be done in-house via our stylist representative. To request such authorization, send an email to: email@example.com

10 Where do we get our gowns altered?
We provide expert alteration services prior to your gown being sent to you for rent. Simply contact us with your measurements and order number upon confirming your reservation.
If there is a last-minute emergency, you may use our professional seamstress. Please make sure that you communicate with us as soon as possible to send you our representative for a minor fee.
11 How long can a wedding gown be rented for?
There are two rental options: a 3-day rental and a 6-day rental. Our at-home try-ons are for 2 hours, and you can try up to 3 items at a time.
12 How far in advance can I reserve a wedding gown rental?
You can book a reservation up to 6 months in advance.
13 When should I schedule my wedding gown to arrive?
We suggest that you schedule your order to arrive at least 3 days before your event. We also offer next-day delivery in Cairo, as long as you place your order before 12pm (CLT) the day before you’d like your rental to arrive.
14 Can I make a change to my order once it has been placed?
Contact our stylists to make any adjustments to your order. As long as the order has not been packed for shipment, we’ll happily change it for you.
15 How do I cancel an order?
Contact our stylists as soon as possible and and we’ll take care of it for you. You may cancel your order at least fifteen (15) days prior to its due delivery date, subject to the following cancellation fees: (i) for cancellations that are thirty (30) or more days before the due delivery date, no cancellation fee applies (ii) for cancellations that are less than thirty (30) days before the due delivery date, you'll be credited the full amount that can be applied to a future La Reina purchase.
16 How do I pay for my order?
You may pay online via credit card or you can use our collection service prior to your confirmation.
Please note that your dress will not be reserved or confirmed before payment.
17 What time will my dress arrive?
Deliveries are made between 11am and 9pm during weekdays and Saturdays.
18 How much does shipping cost?
100LE for ground shipping and 300LE for next day shipping. In-store pick-up is complimentary.
19 What are my delivery options?
We automatically select the right shipping option for your location to ensure your items arrive to you before 9pm on your rental delivery date. Shipping to your home is a flat fee of 100LE. Next day delivery is a flat fee of 300LE. We also offer a complimentary in-store pick-up option, where you can come to one of our locations on the start date of your rental period to collect your items.
20 How do I return my order?
Returns are easy! By 12pm on the last day of your rental, simply:
Place your order back in the box it was shipped in and call us to pick it up or drop it off at your nearest La Reina fitting room.
21 Do you ship internationally?
At this time we only ship orders to the Greater Cairo area. For other cities and international destinations, please contact us.
22 Can you deliver to a hotel or another address besides my home?
Of course! If you’re shipping to a hotel, please put the hotel name in the company field and the name of the guest in the attention field. Please make sure the hotel concierge is made aware of your delivery.
23 What are wedding gown pre-orders?
Pre-orders are wedding gowns that we do not physically have in our inventory, but if we get enough pre-order reservations for them we will include in our rental collection. Pre-order items are identified by the “Pre-order Your Rental” text below their retail price.
24 What are first-use wedding gowns?
If you'd prefer not to wear a used gown, you can order a dress listed as a first-use dream wedding gown at a super-discounted price. Prices are slightly higher than our current rental collection inventory, but it is usually over 60% off the original retail prices.
25 What are the benefits to pre-ordering a wedding gown or accessory?
1. If you don’t see a gown you like in our current collection, you can either pre-order a gown we already listed or suggest a wedding gown to list for pre-orders. You get to pre-order your exact dream wedding gown rental at a super-discounted price.
2. Prices are lower than our current rental collection inventory, over 90% off retail prices.

1 Why rent out your dress with La Reina?
Whether you’re a bride or a major fashion brand, there are many reasons why renting out your dress on La Reina is better than selling it:
a. When you rent out your dress you turn a profit, while still getting to keep your dress.
b. Instead of having to wait for a buyer, you can rent you dress at a lower, more appealing price multiple times.
2 How much does it cost to consign with La Reina?
There is a mark-up on the rental value. If items need to be dry-cleaned, we offer a dry-cleaning and maintaining service free of charge as well.
3 Where will my dress be after consigning?
We don't store dresses on a regular basis. You get to keep the dress until an order is placed, then we'll get in touch to pick up the dress for the rental period. When that period is over, we'll return your dress to you. If you have a storing problem, contact us and we can handle it.
4 How do I know when the dress has been booked?
Once your dress is resevred, we'll contact you in order to come and collect it. We provide you with all information monthly so you can monitor your rentals. We could send the payment either via PayPal or check. We’re also developing other payment options, which will be available in the near future. We track all orders and inventory items.
5 When do you pay the consignor for a rental?
We pay you after the actual rental due to last minute customer cancellations.
6 Is it safe to rent out my dress with La Reina?
Yes, we take very good care of your dresses. You get to keep your dress and we only come to pick it up once we've confirmed with you and the potential client about availability and adjustments.
7 How long will my dress be rented out?
Your dress is rented out a maximum of 3 times at La Reina, however you can offer it for however many rentals you'd like.
9 Do you make changes to my dress?
No, we don't make changes. We make non-permanent alterations and you always get your dress back flawless with no changes or modifications.
